P-1. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board have a public hearing and approve employment contract for the 2013-2014 school year for Manuel E. Vieira, School Business Administrator in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
P-2. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board have a public hearing and approve employment contract for the 2013-2014 school year for Gregory A. Tatum, Assistant Superintendent in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
P-3. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board have a public hearing and approve employment contract for the period April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 and employment contract for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 for Noreen Lishak, Assistant Superintendent in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
P-4. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board require employee # 8875 to undergo a medical and psychological evaluation no later than July 26, 2013. These examinations will be arranged and paid for by the district.
P-5. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board reappoint Antonella Melchionna, Staff Accountant for the 2013-2014 school year at a rate of $39.25 per hour not to exceed 100 hours or $3,925 per month.
P-6. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board reappoint Omega Environmental Services,280 Huyler Street, South Hackensack, New Jersey for the 2013-2014 school year to complete work on underground storage tanks at Hannah Caldwell Elementary School and asbestos abatement activities at Burnet Middle School.
P-7. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board approve payment of $400 to Donna Koby, district nurse, for her attendance on overnight trip taken by Middle School Academy students to Gettysburg on June 14 and 15, 2013. (Acct #20-060-100-101-01-20)
P-8. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board approve the following job descriptions: (a) Ten (10) Month Supervisor and (b) Twelve (12) Month Supervisor in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
F. Approval of Bills
The Committee recommends and I so move that the Board concur with the bills listed in the permanent bound register appended to these minutes and be ordered for payment.
