F-1. The committee recommends and I so move that the board accept donation from NJ State Council Knights of Columbus in the amount of $2,000 and donation from Gregory A. and Geraldine A. Muller in the amount of $100; these funds are for use by Mr. Olivio’s special education class at Union High School for their annual holiday dinner/dance in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
F-2. The committee recommends and I so move that the board pre-approve districtwide student field trip destinations and purposes pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-5.8 in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
F. Operations Committee
O-1. The committee recommends and I so move that the board approve use of three to five fifty-four (54) passenger school buses by the Township of Union for transportation to and from Union High School to High Point Solutions Stadium (Rutgers University), One Scarlet Knight Way, Piscataway, New Jersey for Varsity Football State Championship game on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

P-1. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board approve personnel actions in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
