Approve the Joint Resolution for Participation of Transportation Services with the Sussex County Regional Transportation Cooperative for the 2018-2019 school year, in accordance with the information in the hands of each Board member.
O-5. APPROVE AUTHORIZATION TO EI ASSOCIATES
Approve authorization to EI Associates to submit all necessary plans and paperwork to the Department of Education concerning the exterior wall repair design at the Administration Building to serve as an application to the Office of School Facilities and an amendment to the District’s Long Range Facility Plan. This is an “Other Capital” project and the District is not seeking State funding but will fund the project through the District’s Capital Reserve (Fund 12) Account.
O-6. APPROVE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AGREEMENT – ESSEX REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION
Approve the Transportation Services Agreement with the Essex Regional Services Commission for the 2018-2019 school year, in accordance with the information in the hands of each Board member.

M. Residency Committee Resolutions
Upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Residency Committee presents the following resolutions for the Board’s consideration:
R-1. APPROVE LIST OF STUDENTS REMOVED FROM ROLLS
Approval be given to amend the list of students removed from the rolls [two (2) students exited from February 1 through February 28, 2019 (1 from elementary and 1 from high school) or a total of twenty-five (25) students for the 2018-2019 school year] who are not domiciled in this school district and two (2) students who will be allowed to complete the 2018-2019 school year, in accordance with the non-public information in the hands of each Board member.
R-2. APPROVE TO REMOVE STUDENT
Approval to remove student #226738 from the attendance rolls as the student has been determined to be ineligible to attend the Township of Union Public Schools as a resident student.
R-3. APPROVE TO REMOVE STUDENT
Approval to remove student #270588 from the attendance rolls as the student has been determined to be ineligible to attend the Township of Union Public Schools as a resident student.
