Pursuant to N.J.A.C.6A:23-2.2(h), we certify that as of October 31, 2021 after review of the secretary’s monthly financial report (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials that to the best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.2(d)3 and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. Approve accepted Child Assault Prevention Program (CAP) for the 2021-2022 school year. The following amounts reflect State CAP Funding provided to the district for the CAP program: (a) Special Needs - $450.10; (b) Teen CAP - $3,310.30; (c) Elementary CAP - $6,787.90. Total State CAP funding amount: $10,548.30; district contribution - $4,520.70, in accordance with previously BOE approved application from July 20, 2021 Board Meeting (F-19).
