F-3.      CERTIFY TREASURER’S AND SECRETARY’S REPORT

            Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(a), I certify that as of August 31, 2026 no budgetary line item account has obligations and payments (contractual orders) which in total exceed the amount appropriated by the district Board of education pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8 and 18:22-8.1.

            Pursuant to N.J.A.C.6A:23-2.2(h), we certify that as of August 31, 2026 after review of the secretary’s monthly financial report (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials that to the best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.2(d)3 and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. This certification is solely based on the information provided by the School Business Administrator and Board Secretary and is assumed by the Board to be correct.

P-5.    APPROVE TITLE IX COORDINATOR - ZIESER
The Township of Union Board of Education affirms its commitment to compliance with Title IX and all applicable federal and State laws and regulations and directs the Superintendent or designee, Ron Zieser, Title IX Coordinator, to maintain appropriate policies, procedures, training and practices consistent with current legal requirements, at no additional cost to the district.
