Pursuant to N.J.A.C.6A:23-2.2(h), we certify that as of November 30, 2021 after review of the secretary’s monthly financial report (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials that to the best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been over-expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.2(d)3 and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. P-12. APPROVE $1.5 MILLION FROM ARP ESSER III GRANT – 2021-2022 TEACHERS’ SALARIES

Approve $1.5 million from the ARP ESSER III Grant for teachers’ salaries for the 2021-2022 school year. Due to COVID-19 and CDC guidelines in order to keep staff and students safe, it is important to retain teachers to maintain class size reduction and to prevent learning loss, in accordance with the information in the hands of each Board member.
